Greener Grass Farm is a small family farm that believes it is important for consumers to know the people who produce their food. We want you to know that:
- We raise our cows on pastures that are never treated with synthetic chemicals.
- We never give our cows things they don't need like growth hormones or feed laced with antibiotics.
- We process our beef at a small, family run USDA inspected facility so we know our beef is handled with the care it deserves.
- Each package of our grass-fed beef is completely traceable to a single animal.
- We take the time (7-14 days) to dry age our beef. Yes, this costs more, but the difference in flavor and tenderness are why dry aged beef is on the menus of only the finest steakhouses.
